This Rosso Piceno is an excellent robust, dry wine with a pleasing aroma. It ages well and becomes quite and elegant wine with a very intricate nose. It is rich and lush with flavors of black cherry and blackberries with a smooth full flavor.

This famous crisp and refreshing wine could trace its roots back to Roman times and was praised by Pliney the Younger. It is a medium-bodied, pale straw in color and has an aroma of tropical fruit and flowers with a hint of almonds. It has great balance and a long zesty finish.
